Oh wow this week was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And
it was my last week here in Carrollton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im getting
transferred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll let you know where in a little
bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well on tuesday we had district meeting
which went really great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave a training on extending
commitments to people and then we practiced giving a church tour to
people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It went really great and the spirit was so
strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then at night time we stopped by some
peoples houses to try and visit them and we came across this graveyard
from 1800's it was really cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a historic site in
Carrollton and I have never noticed it before!!!!!!!!!!!! Its really
small, about the same size as a house lot and it has one family buried
there!!!!!!!!!! It was really cool to see and there was a great spirit
there, that family is the one that founded
Carrollton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really love Carrollton so
much!!!!!!!!!! Then on wednesday we did some more tracting and then we
met with Bishop Moala in the afternoon so we can study how we can
teach Isaiah and 2 Nephi to our investigators!!!!!!!!!!!! Isaiah is
one of the greatest prophets and we are told in the Book Of Mormon to
study his teachings, the only problem is that it is so hard to
understand those chapters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We really learned a lot
from Bishop Moala, I am so grateful for all his time that he spends to
study with us and to help us to become better teachers for our
investigators!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to miss him a lot!!!!!!!!!!!
All you need to do is rely on the spirit when you read from Isaiah and
2 Nephi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we had dinner with the Phetsavanh
family which was great and then we went over and had a lesson with
Emilyn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thursday was a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We
had planning in the morning and then in the afternoon we went over to
Marcus' house and we had a lesson with him!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to
miss him and the spirit he carries so much!!!!!!!!!!!! He just got a
new calling which is perfect for him since he cant
speak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He does the spiritual thought at the end of the
weekly email for the ward!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited
for his new calling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we did some tracting in
Castle Hills and we talked to some really nice people!!!!!!!!!!! We
even got invited to the Prestonwood Baptist church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats the baptist church in Carrollton that has an average attendance
of 20,000 people ever sunday!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so
big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then at night time we went over to the
Moreno's and Robledo's which was great!!!!!!!!!!!!! We watched the
Testaments and we prepared Sister Robledo for her baptism which
happened on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On friday we got to serve at the
Bishops Storehouse in the morning which is always so
great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to miss the Larsens a lot!!!!!!!!!!
They are the senior couple missionaries that are in charge of the
storehouse!!!!!!!!!!! They have such a big heart for
everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we got to meet with Brother Karlovich
in the afternoon and read from the Book of Mormon with
him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the spirit that that book carries with
it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then at night we got to have a lesson with
Sister Malm!!!!!!!! They are finally back from their
vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is doing so great!!!!!!!!!!! And she is so
excited to get baptized!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saturday was a great
day!!!!!!!!!! It was Sister Robledo's
baptism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited for
her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She just started the best journey of her
life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has changed so much from when we first met
her and it has been so great!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her baptism was such a
special day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The spirit was so strong and
she was so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved every moment of it!!!!!!!!!! I
am so excited to see her progress in the
gospel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we had the adult session of stake
conference at night which was really great!!!!!!!!!! Sister Malm came
and we sat by her and we got to hear from President Blake and some
other really great people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then it was transfer
calls night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So at the end of the conference all the
missionaries in the carrollton zone went to the back of gym and we
waited for everyone to get their calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to
the Dallas 1 and Dallas 9 ward in the Dallas East Stake!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DOWNTOWN DALLAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my gosh I am so
excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is my dream area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In a couple days I am going to be in the city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Theres
going to be soooo many people i can talk to!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to
be training a new missionary again and i am going to be in a trio
which i am really excited for!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will be a great
transfer!!!!!!!!! On sunday we had stake conference and it was really
sad to say goodbye to all the members but I know the Lord has work for
me to do in another area so I need to go where he wants me to
go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful for this church and I
just love it so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I absolutely love being a
missionary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope all of you have a great
